11 ways to calm your nerves on your wedding day
While the morning of your wedding day is sure to be full of joy and excitement, it is only natural to also feel a bit nervous or anxious.
Instead of letting your emotions get the best of you on your special day there are many ways to pass the time before or in between getting ready to walk down the aisle.
Shower or Bath
Starting your day off with a hot or cold shower has many amazing benefits for both your mind and body including, relaxing your muscles, reducing blemishes, boosting your mood, and much more. Make sure you talk to your hairstylist ahead of time, as she may want to work with dirty hair. If that is the case, you can still shower your body or just stand in the steam to take advantage of these great benefits. You can also take a relaxing bath - don’t forget your favorite bath bomb, essential oils, or bubbles to really top it off. Also note, the morning of your wedding is not the time to try new products!
2. Eat a Nutritious Meal
Eating a nutritious meal is always important. Wedding days are packed with a lot of emotions and things to do, so making sure you are getting enough to eat throughout the day can be easily overlooked. Some great ways to make sure you and the wedding party are getting enough fuel for the day can be to plan a sit down meal together ahead of time, schedule to get food delivered to you, or have a grazing table arranged and pick at it throughout the morning as needed.

It is no secret how important it is to stay hydrated! On a day filled with partying and such a busy schedule it can be easy to not drink enough water. Drinking enough water can actually boost your energy, aid in weight management, and keep you feeling in top shape throughout your wedding day. Treat yourself and purchase a WATER JUG ahead of time to help you track your water intake throughout the day.

Don’t worry about spelling or grammar, just write until you feel satisfied and then go enjoy your big day!
